Ingredients
  

  • 6 slices Bacon Divided
  • 2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 Onion Finely diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 Egg
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Fry 2 slices of bacon until crisp. Crumble and place in a mixing bowl. Reserve the bacon fat!
  • To the mixing bowl, add ground beef, almond flour, onion, garlic, eggs, salt and pepper, and the bacon fat. Mix until everything is combined but be careful not to overmix!
  • Transfer mixture to the baking sheet and shape into a loaf form. Top with remaining 4 slices of bacon. Cook in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until cooked through. Let rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
