Paleo Chicken Apple Breakfast Sausage makes breakfast a treat! It's easy and flavorful, and goes great with your other paleo favorites.

- 1 pound Ground Chicken
- 1 Granny Smith Apple peeled and diced
- 2 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Fennel Seed crushed with a knife or in the food processor
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil (or cooking oil of choice)
In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken, diced apple, poultry seasoning, fennel seeds salt, and black pepper and mix well.
Divide mixture into 8 portions and shape into patties, about 3 inches wide.
Heat avocado oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Working in batches, cook sausage patties until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about 5 minutes per side.
Serve hot.
