Ingredients
  

  • 3 Ripe Banana Mashed
  • 3 Egg Whisked
  • 1/4 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seed Butter Creamy
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips High quality

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 18 muffin cups with paper liners or spray with a coconut oil spray.
  • Beat bananas and eggs together until fluffy. Beat in maple syrup, vanilla, and sunflower butter; mix well.
  • Add in coconut flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; beat until just combined.
  • Fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
  • Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full.
  • Bake for 20 - 22 minutes, rotating muffin tins halfway through.
  • Cool completely before serving.
