- 1 box Brownie Mix prepared according to package directions, but not baked
- 1/2 cup Butter softened
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 3/4 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 10 lemon oreos (Oreos coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Pour prepared brownie mix into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake for 10 minutes and remove from oven.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg. Stir in the vanilla.
In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture and beat until well combined.
Stir in the Oreo cookies.
Drop chunks of the cookie dough as evenly as possible over the brownie batter.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cookies and brownies are both baked through. Cool completely before cutting and serving.
