Ingredients

  • 24 ounces White Chocolate Almond Bark chopped
  • 15-20 oreos (Oreos chopped

Instructions

  • Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Place the chopped white chocolate (or vanilla candy coating) in a microwave safe medium sized bowl. Place the bowl in the microwave and cook for 1 minute. Remove and stir, then place back in the microwave for another 1 to 2 minutes, being sure to check the mixture EVERY 15 seconds. Since every microwave is different it's really important to check it consistently. You want it to be smooth.
  • Once it's melted pour about 1/3 of the white chocolate (or vanilla candy coating) on the cookie sheet. Smooth out. Toss the chopped Oreo cookies over top.
  • Then pour the rest of the white chocolate (or vanilla candy coating) over top of the cookie layer. Smooth out.
  • Toss some crushed Oreos over top if desired.
  • Place the pan in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Chop with a knife or snap by hand.
  • Store until needed. Or eat it all right away, no judgment here.
  • Serve with a big old Oreo Bark loving smile!
