Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Granulated Sugar
  • dash of Salt
  • 2 1/2 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 7 ounces Marshmallow Fluff
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Orange Extract
  • 3 large Orange zested
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 2 large Orange zested
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar

Instructions

  • Prepare garnish first by mixing orange zest (for garnish) with granulated sugar, using a fork. Mix in the white chocolate chips (not melted). Set aside.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter with cream, sugar and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture starts to boil. Once boiling, stir continuously for 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • In a large mixing bowl (with a stand mixer or hand held electric), add white chocolate morsels (not melted), marshmallow cream, orange extract and orange zest. Pour hot, boiling cream mixture over all of this and using the whisk attachment beat for about 1-2 minutes. The chocolate will melt and become creamy.
  • Pour mixture into a 9-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper. Immediately press the garnish mixture over the fudge. Refrigerate and allow to set about 2 hours. Cut into small squares.
