Orange Creamsicle Poptarts are so perfect. That classic flavor combo in a beloved store-bought treat, but made at home!

- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
- 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
- 7 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
- Egg Wash
- 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 drop Orange Food Coloring
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Cut puff pastry into 6 rectangles. Set aside.
In medium bowl mix together cream cheese, orange juice, powdered sugar and zest. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture onto the middle of 3 rectangles.
Place the remaining 3 rectangles on top of the rectangles with the filling.
Press the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops with the egg wash.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
When pastries are cooling, melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler. Mix till creamy. Add a drop of orange food coloring and mix.
Top the pastries with melted chocolate. Serve and ENJOY!
