Orange Creamsicle Poptarts are so perfect. That classic flavor combo in a beloved store-bought treat, but made at home!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 7 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Orange Zest
  • Egg Wash
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 drop Orange Food Coloring

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Cut puff pastry into 6 rectangles. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl mix together cream cheese, orange juice, powdered sugar and zest. Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture onto the middle of 3 rectangles.
  • Place the remaining 3 rectangles on top of the rectangles with the filling.
  • Press the edges with a fork.
  • Brush the tops with the egg wash.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • When pastries are cooling, melt the chocolate chips over a double boiler. Mix till creamy. Add a drop of orange food coloring and mix.
  • Top the pastries with melted chocolate. Serve and ENJOY!
