Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 loaf pan with nonstick baking spray containing flour. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat together butter, both sugars, orange zest, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add 1/2 the flour, beat just until almost combine. Add half the buttermilk and beat again. Add remaining flour, gently mix again then add remaining buttermilk.
Fold in cranberries and pecans. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 55-65 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
