Combine chocolate chips, Nutella and butter in a microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for about 1 minute. Stir, and microwave for another 30 seconds, or until smooth. Every microwave varies so be sure to keep a close eye on the mixture. You want it to be smooth, and easy to stir.
Add vanilla extract to the mixture and stir well. Pour over the Chex cereal and stir until it's thoroughly mixed.
Transfer the mix to a large resealable ziploc bag. Add the confectioners' sugar, seal the bag, then shake until the sugar coats the cereal perfectly.
Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper or parchment paper. Pour the mixture onto the cookie sheet and allow to cool.
Store in an air tight container for about a week, if it lasts that long.
