No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Bars have all the ingredients you love. Chocolate, oats, and peanut butter make for one satisfying snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 2 1/3 cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 cup Sweetened Shredded Coconut

Instructions
 

  • Add peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and chocolate chips toa large glass bowl and microwave for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
  • Add oats and coconut and stir to coat.
  • Press into a greased 8x8" pan and chill about 2 hours or until set.
  • Cut into squared and store covered in the refrigerator.
