1/2
cup
Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2
cup
Granola
use your favorite
2
Nectarine
diced
Passion Fruit Pulp
from 2 Passion Fruit
Mint Leaves
(around a tablespoon)
Coconut Flakes
for garnish
Instructions
In a dessert glass or a boowl, add half of the granola. Layer with half of the yogurt, followed by half the nectarine and passionfruit pulp.
Repeat until you have used everything up.
Sprinkle mint leaves and coconut and lay a slice of nectarine over on top. Voila!
