Ingredients

  • 1 Oatmeal Cookie Mix
  • 1 stick Unsalted Butter Softened to room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 1/2 cup Miniature M&M's Candies
  • 1/2 cup Mini Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 72 Miniature Pretzel Twist
  • 16 ounces Vanilla Candiquik 1 package
  • 72 Eyeball Sprinkle

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the oatmeal cookie mix, softened butter, milk, and peanut butter with a spoon or rubber spatula until a soft dough has formed. Stir in the miniature M&M’s and chocolate chips to combine; set the dough aside.
  • Meanwhile, line a large baking sheet with foil or a silicone liner. Take a teaspoon or so of monster cookie dough and roll it into a small ball. Press two pretzels on either side of the cookie dough ball, creating a cookie dough pretzel sandwich. Place the sandwiches onto the prepared baking sheet and repeat 35 more times.
  • Freeze the pretzel sandwiches for about 1 hour or until totally firm. Meanwhile, prepare the vanilla Candiquik according to package directions, or until smooth & melted.
  • Using a fork, dip each pretzel sandwich into the vanilla Candiquik until coated completely. Gently lift the sandwich out of the Candiquik, allowing excess to drip off. Return the sandwich to the baking sheet and immediately attach two eyeballs. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
  • Once all sandwiches have been coated, take the remaining Candiquik and pour it into a sandwich-sized resealable plastic bag. Seal out the air and snip off a corner of the bag. Begin drizzling the Candiquik over the pretzel bites to create the mummy “bandages.” Try to avoid getting the drizzle on their eyes, but do make sure to get the tops of their heads. Allow the Candiquik to dry before serving!
