Mixed Berry Turnovers Recipe

Mixed Berry Turnovers can brighten up your breakfast or your dessert. They’re ready in less than half an hour, too!

- 1 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
- 2/3 cup Blueberries
- 1/3 cup Raspberries
- 1/3 cup Blackberries
- 3 Strawberries sliced
- juice from half a Lemon
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
In small bowl add berries and lemon juice. Set aside.
Roll out puff pastry. Cut into 4 equal squares. Transfer to baking sheet.
Evenly divide berries slightly off-center in each square.
Fold the turnovers in half diagonally, to create triangular turnovers. Press the edges with a fork to seal.
Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and place on cooling rack. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar(optional). Serve and ENJOY!
