- 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil Melted
- 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
- 2 Egg
- 1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine the pumpkin, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, eggs and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix well.
Stir in the coconut flour and baking powder.
Pour mixture into mini 4-inch cake pans.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool and enjoy!
