Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil Melted
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
  • 2 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine the pumpkin, melted coconut oil, coconut sugar, eggs and chocolate chips in a bowl and mix well.
  • Stir in the coconut flour and baking powder.
  • Pour mixture into mini 4-inch cake pans.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Let cool and enjoy!
