- 1/4 cup Butter melted
- 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Egg
- 1 Lemon zested
- 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar.
Stir in lemon zest and lemon juice.
Carefully stir in melted butter.
Microwave lemon mixture for 1 minute. Stir.
Continue to microwave in one-minute intervals until mixture begins to thicken and coats the back of spoon.
Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
