Mediterranean Marinade

This homemade Mediterranean marinade is perfect for marinating fish, pork, chicken, or even steaks.

- 2 large Lemons
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Oregano chopped
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme chopped
- 1 Bay Leaf
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
Combine all of the ingredients in small mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Pour over lamb chops, chicken, fish or steak.
Store it in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container.
