Lighter chicken salad has all the flavor with none of the guilt! Enjoy it as a summer dinner that requires NO cooking!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 packets Stevia 1 teaspoon
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2 stalks Celery finely diced

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mayonnaise, yogurt, stevia, lemon pepper seasoning, cranberries, and celery until everything is well coated and combined.
  • Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to mingle.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves, bread, or with bagel chips.
