Mix all of the ingredients (except the oil) in a large bowl to create a dough. The consistency of the dough will be quite sticky. If the dough feels too hard, add a little water. Place into the fridge for 10 minutes.
Make 1-2 inch balls and roll in your hand, adding a bit of flour if needed. Then, flatten with your hands to create tortilla looking shapes.
Heat the oil in a large pan and drop the poori into the oil.
