Ingredients
  

  • 5 pounds Pork Spareribs 1 rack
  • 1/2 cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Using the Instant Pot, add about 1/2 cup of water, then add in the trivet.
  • Slice the ribs if needed and stack inside the Instant Pot.
  • Combine the syrup, honey, and rosemary, and then pour over the ribs in the Instant Pot.
  • Set on high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Once the Instant Pot is done, release pressure, and then carefully place the ribs on a pan and coat with the barbecue sauce.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes to brown.
  • Serve.
