Homemade Cranberry Sauce is way easier than you imagine. If you love the tin can version, this recipe is for you!

- 2 cups Cranberries fresh or frozen
- 1 cup Boiling Water
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and process until smooth.
Press the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining lumps or large pieces of skin.
Pour the resulting cranberry juice into a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Cook the sauce, whisking constantly, until thick and bubbly.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before placing in a jar or bowl.
Cool to room temperature, cover, and place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight to set.
Serve with Thanksgiving dinner!
