Homemade Cranberry Sauce Recipe

Homemade Cranberry Sauce is way easier than you imagine. If you love the tin can version, this recipe is for you!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all of the ingredients and process until smooth.
  • Press the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any remaining lumps or large pieces of skin.
  • Pour the resulting cranberry juice into a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  • Cook the sauce, whisking constantly, until thick and bubbly.
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before placing in a jar or bowl.
  • Cool to room temperature, cover, and place in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight to set.
  • Serve with Thanksgiving dinner!
