Homemade Caesar Dressing is a classic for a reason. It makes a great salad, or marinade.

- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 clove Garlic grated or finely minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
Stir together the mayo, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and lemon juice.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper and taste for seasoning. Adjust as needed.
