Healthy Blueberry Bread that's as easy as it is yummy. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, snacking, or dessert!

- 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 Egg
- 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl, set aside. Beat together apple sauce, sugars and vanilla in a separate bowl.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add 1/3 of the dry ingredients to the wet, alternating with sour cream until everything is lightly folded together.
Spray an 8.5” loaf pan with olive oil cooking spray and fill with half the batter.
Sprinkle 1/2 cup blueberries followed by second half of batter.
Combine agave and oats together in a small bowl until well mixed.
Top with 1/2 cup blueberries and oat and agave mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.
