Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Egg
  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Agave Syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl, set aside. Beat together apple sauce, sugars and vanilla in a separate bowl.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Add 1/3 of the dry ingredients to the wet, alternating with sour cream until everything is lightly folded together.
  • Spray an 8.5” loaf pan with olive oil cooking spray and fill with half the batter.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup blueberries followed by second half of batter.
  • Combine agave and oats together in a small bowl until well mixed.
  • Top with 1/2 cup blueberries and oat and agave mixture.
  • Bake at 350°F for 55 minutes or until a toothpick poked into the center comes out clean.
