- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Wheat Germ
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 Banana very ripe
- 6 ounces Nonfat Plain Yogurt or flavored - I used Blueberry
- 2 Egg
- 3/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl whisk together dry ingredients.
In a small bowl cream butter and sugars.
Once combined, cream in bananas, yogurt and then eggs one at a time.
Gently mix dry with wet, then stir in sunflower seeds.
Place in 3 greased mini loaf pans and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until done.
