Ham and Cheese Pockets Recipe

Ham and Cheese Pockets have warm ham and cheese surrounded by a buttery puff pastry. You won't believe how good these are!

- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 12 slices Smoked Ham
- 3 slices Smoked Gouda
- 6 tablespoons Tomato Sauce Optional
- 2 tablespoons Butter Melted
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Allow puff pastry to come to room temperature, about 20 minutes. Unfold on floured surface. Lightly roll. Cut into 6 rectangles.
Cut each gouda slice into 4 squares.
If using tomato sauce spread 1 tablespoon on each pastry. Top with 2 squares of gouda. Then top with 2 slices of ham.
Fold up bottom, then top, then fold over the sides one on top of the other and press to close.
Fill pastry. Poke holes in top and place on baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until pockets are golden brown.
Allow to cool for 2 minutes and ENJOY!
