Ingredients

  • No-Knead Pizza Dough or 16 oz refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Pizza Sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/3-1/2 cup Pepperoni chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Basil chopped

Instructions

  • Spray a gas grill with cooking spray. Preheat the grill to medium heat. Divide pizza dough into four equal rounds. Roll into pizza rounds getting the crust as thin as you can.
  • Brush the olive oil on the pizza dough. Cook on the grill for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until dough has nice grill marks and becomes puffy. Remove dough from grill and turn heat to low.
  • Spoon an equal amount of sauce on each pizza dough. Top with cheese and pepperoni.
  • Place pizzas back on the grill and heat for a few minutes or until cheese is melted. Make sure the crust doesn’t burn.
  • Top with basil just before serving.

Notes

Use as much pepperoni as makes you happy. (Or any topping, for that matter.)
