Grilled Halibut Steaks made fantastically flavorful by lemon and rosemary. Such a great summer dinner for the whole family!

- 3 tablespoons Dry White Wine or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary chopped
- Salt and Pepper
- 4 Halibut 5 ounce pieces
In a shallow baking dish combine wine, lemon juice, olive oil, and rosemary. Add Halibut, turning to coat. Marinate for 20-60 minutes in the fridge.
Heat grill over medium-high heat.
Remove fish and season with salt and pepper. Place on grill, skin side down and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until white and flakey.
Remove and serve with fresh lemon.
