Grilled Green Bean and Onion Tarts Recipe

Grilled Green Bean and Onion Tarts make the most of summer’s bounty! These tarts are a wonderful side dish or starter to any grilled meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 sheet Puff Pastry thawed
  • 1/2 pound Fresh Green Beans trimmed
  • 1/2 Onion sliced
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Place puff pastry on baking sheet lined silicone mat or parchment paper.
  • Cut a line around the edge of the pastry to make a border. Bake for 15 minute or until pastry is golden brown.
  • When done use a flat spatula to press down the center of pastry. Set aside.
  • Place on grill pan drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and grill for 20 minutes or until onions are softened and green beans are lightly charred.
  • Top pastry with onions, then top with greens beans. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Serve and ENJOY!
