Grilled Buckeye Sandwich combines the legendary flavors of chocolate and peanut butter. All in an amazing grilled sandwich.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips Or milk chocolate
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 4 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 8 slices Sweet Bread Like King's Hawaiian

Instructions
 

  • In a small, microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter, Melt for 1 minute. Stir. Heat an additional 15-30 seconds if not completely smooth and melted.
  • In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar and milk. Stir until smooth.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Divide peanut butter mixture among 4 slices of bread (a little over a tablespoon per slice). Place a tablespoon of chocolate over peanut butter and top each with remaining slice of bread.
  • Spray the tops of each sandwich with non stick spray. Lay spray side down on hot skillet. Spray the remaining tops of each sandwich.
  • Heat each sandwich for 2-3 minutes per side or until toasted. Let sandwiches set 1 minute before serving. Work in batches if necessary.
