Grilled Bacon Wrapped Shrimp take no time at all. A quick and wonderful dinner with little effort.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 pound Jumbo Raw Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 pound Bacon Sliced into half-strips

Instructions
 

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes prior to using.
  • In a small bowl, combine the Italian dressing and mustard. Stir until well combined.
  • Dip each shrimp into the mustard sauce, wrap with half slice of bacon and thread onto skewer. Continue until all shrimp have been skewered. Discard any remaining sauce.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place skewers on grill and grill until bacon is cooked and shrimp are pink in color and fully cooked (~3-4 minutes per side).

Notes

  • Shrimp cook very quickly. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp!
  • The grill will likely flare up due to the oil from the salad dressing. Use a small spray bottle of water to keep flare-ups under control.
