- 1 Baby Back Pork Rib Slab
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt Or your favorite
- dash of Black Pepper
- dash of Ground Cayenne Pepper
- Barbecue Sauce
Begin by combining the garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. (Pepper added to taste preference)
Rub evenly over the ribs.
Let it sit and soak into the ribs for at least 8 hours or overnight.
When grilling, warm grill to medium-high heat. Place the ribs in foil and evenly coat with BBQ Sauce.
Grill for 20-25 minutes or until well done.
Serve as is or with dipping sauce.
