This gluten free turkey chili with corn will warm you up through and through. Especially great for these last chilly days of winter. Get it? Chilly!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Ground Turkey
  • 2 15 oz cans Chili Beans
  • 1 cup Corn
  • 1 Fresh Tomato diced
  • 8 ounces Tomato Sauce
  • 1/4 cup White Onion diced
  • 1/2 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 package Gluten Free Chili Seasoning Mix

Instructions
 

  • Begin by browning the ground turkey.
  • Once browned, rinse and drain if needed.
  • Add all ingredients to a Dutch oven or large stockpot.
  • Mix them well and cover and cook on medium-high heat.
  • Let simmer for 15-20 minutes until it comes to a slight boil.
  • Carefully stir and serve with cheese, sour cream, and Fritos if desired.
