Ingredients

  • 1 cup Gluten Free Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 2 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1/3 cup Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce Plus additional for glaze
  • 1/4 cup Milk of Choice
  • 2 Egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a large bowl mix the gluten free bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, and ginger until combined.
  • Add the ground beef, gluten free teriyaki sauce, milk, and eggs. Gently mix until combined.
  • Divide the mixture in half and form it into 2 loaves (each approximate the size of your hand) on the baking sheet.
  • Brush the meatloaf with the additional gluten free teriyaki, and bake for 30-40 minutes or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 155°F. (You can brush it with a little extra gluten free teriyaki about 10 minutes before it comes out for an even better glaze.)

Notes

  • If you don’t have gluten free bread crumbs, crushed gluten free cereal like Rice Chex will work.
  • I used unsweetened original almond milk to make it dairy-free.
