2tablespoonsBrown Sugar
1/2teaspoonGround Black Pepper
1teaspoonGround Ginger
1/4teaspoonGround Cayenne Pepper
1/4cupTamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
2tablespoonsVinegar
1/4cupHoney
1teaspoonGround Ginger
1/2teaspoonMinced Garlic
1/2teaspoonOnion Powder
1teaspoonSesame Oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 275°F.
Place your ribs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil (for easier cleanup).
Mix the rub ingredients together and then rub all over both sides of the ribs.
Bake the ribs for 4-5 hours.
Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat until reduced by about 1/3. It should become thicker and syrupy.
About 30 minutes before the ribs are done, brush them with about half of the sauce and then return to the oven. I like to use a silicone brush because it is easier to clean.
When they come out of the oven brush them with the remaining sauce and then let cool slightly before slicing into rib sections.
