Ingredients
  

  • 6 thighs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped, 14 ounces
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place the chicken in a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix well to combine. This is easiest done with a stand mixer.
  • Once the dip is formed, evenly spread it on top of the chicken.
  • Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or until the chicken is at least 165*.
  • Serve with the dip baked right on top.
