Ingredients
  

  • 2 Egg beaten
  • 2 cups Certified Gluten Free Oats quick cooking
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 pounds Ground Turkey
  • 2 cups Ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar packed
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the meatball ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, mix well then shape into balls, likely 18-20 meatballs depending on the size.
  • Spray a 6-quart slow cooker and place the meatballs in the slow cooker, they can be placed close together to fit.
  • Combine the sauce ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan and bring to boil.
  • Let boil for 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat and pour evenly over the meatballs.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • Serve with sauce.
