- 2 Egg beaten
- 2 cups Certified Gluten Free Oats quick cooking
- 1/2 cup Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 2 pounds Ground Turkey
- 2 cups Ketchup
- 1 1/2 cups Brown Sugar packed
- 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Combine all the meatball ingredients in a medium-sized bowl, mix well then shape into balls, likely 18-20 meatballs depending on the size.
Spray a 6-quart slow cooker and place the meatballs in the slow cooker, they can be placed close together to fit.
Combine the sauce ingredients in a medium-sized saucepan and bring to boil.
Let boil for 1-2 minutes, then remove from the heat and pour evenly over the meatballs.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Serve with sauce.
