Ingredients
  

  • 10 tenders Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
  • 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Sage Chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3/4 cup All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Prepared Mustard
  • 3 large Egg Whites
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Begin by combining the breadcrumbs, cheese, sage, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
  • Place the flour in another shallow dish.
  • Combine the mustard and egg whites in a shallow dish, whisk well.
  • Using 1 chicken tender at a time, place in the flour, shaking off any excess.
  • Dip into the egg white mixture.
  • Coat with the breadcrumbs.
  • Place each one on a greased broiler pan.
  • Continue for all tenders.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, turn carefully and bake for another 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
  • Serve with a side of marinara sauce.
