- 10 tenders Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders
- 1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Sage Chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 3/4 cup All-Purpose Gluten Free Flour
- 1 tablespoon Prepared Mustard
- 3 large Egg Whites
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Begin by combining the breadcrumbs, cheese, sage, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Place the flour in another shallow dish.
Combine the mustard and egg whites in a shallow dish, whisk well.
Using 1 chicken tender at a time, place in the flour, shaking off any excess.
Dip into the egg white mixture.
Coat with the breadcrumbs.
Place each one on a greased broiler pan.
Continue for all tenders.
Bake for 30 minutes, turn carefully and bake for another 30 minutes or until fully cooked.
Serve with a side of marinara sauce.
