Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Certified Gluten Free Oats Ground
  • 2/3 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Egg
  • 4 tablespoons Butter

Instructions
 

  • In the bowl of a food processor or blender, grind certified gluten free oats to make a somewhat fine flour.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground oats, brown sugar, salt, and baking powder together. Mix well, then add the chocolate chips and mix again so they are well distributed.
  • Add the eggs and butter to this mixture to create a moist dough.
  • Place in the refrigerator for at least one hour to chill.
  • When ready to bake cookies, preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Roll into 7 circular pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone liner.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly and enjoy!
