Gluten Free Pizza Dough

Ground Sausage

Egg

Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
Roll out crust with gluten free flour as needed until it’s about 1/4-inch thick.
Spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Cut dough into 8 squares to fit and press into muffin cups.
Fill each dough cups with sausage.
Top each one with about half a tablespoon of egg, then divide cheese among cups.
Spray each one with cooking spray to help brown the dough. This can also be done by lightly brushing it with melted butter.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until browned and the egg is fully cooked.
Let cool, remove from pan, and serve.
