Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 tenders Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenders OR 4 thin-cut boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2-3 tablespoons Vegan Parmesan Or regular parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons Gluten Free Bread Crumbs Optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up.
  • Place the chicken on the baking sheet and season liberally with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl mix together the mayo and parmesan and then liberally spread them on the chicken. Sprinkle with gluten free bread crumbs, if desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the chicken is cooked through, approximately 20 minutes.
