Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1 clove Garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 16 ounces Fresh Shrimp medium, peeled and deveined
  • 16 ounces Frozen Mixed Stir-fry Vegetable Blend
  • Cooked Rice optional

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sized saucepan, add in the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
  • Let this warm up to a low-boil, whisk in the cornstarch until the sauce as thickened.
  • Coat the shrimp with the sauce.
  • Line an air fryer with foil, and then add in the shrimp and vegetables.
  • Cook at 355°F for 10 Minutes.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
