My obsession with the Air Fryer continues with this Gluten Free Air Fryer Honey Garlic Shrimp. You won’t believe how easy it is to get crisp, flavorful results!

1/2 cup Honey 1/2 cup Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons Ketchup 1 clove Garlic crushed 1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger 2 tablespoons Cornstarch 16 ounces Fresh Shrimp medium, peeled and deveined 16 ounces Frozen Mixed Stir-fry Vegetable Blend Cooked Rice optional
In a medium sized saucepan, add in the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic, and ginger.
Let this warm up to a low-boil, whisk in the cornstarch until the sauce as thickened.
Coat the shrimp with the sauce.
Line an air fryer with foil, and then add in the shrimp and vegetables.
Cook at 355°F for 10 Minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
