1/2cupSour Cream
1/4cupChopped Fresh Dill
2tablespoonsWhite Vinegar

Instructions
If you wish to salt the cucumbers to draw out some moisture, place a colander into a large bowl. Add the cucumbers, onions and salt to the colander and toss so that the salt is evenly distributed. Allow this to sit for 1 hour.
Line a baking sheet with paper towel and place the cucumbers and onions on it. Lay another layer of paper towel on top and pat dry.
In a small bowl, whisk sour cream, dill, vinegar and finish with some freshly cracked black pepper.
In a large serving bowl, add the cucumbers and onions and drizzle with the dressing; toss well to ensure everything is thoroughly mixed.
