Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings combine some fantastic flavors and make a party classic something new. We’re ready for game day, how ‘bout you?!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds Fresh Chicken Wings or wing portions
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Minced Garlic
  • 12 ounces Ginger Beer

Instructions
 

  • Pat chicken wings dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Preheat a large pan on medium heat.
  • Melt butter then add the chicken wings.
  • Lay the wings in a single layer in the pan cooking on each side until done, about 10 minutes each side.
  • Then add garlic and stir.
  • Pour in ginger beer, turning the heat up to medium high.
  • Let it simmer until the ginger beer thickens.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Before removing from the heat coat the wings in the sauce.
  • Enjoy!
