Fudgy Cake Mix Brownies Recipe
Fudgy Cake Mix Brownies make a quick and easy dessert for any night of the week. Or breakfast... we won't tell!
Ingredients
- 2 boxes Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix roughly 18 ounces each
- 1 5 ounce box Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
- 4 large Egg
- 1 cup Butter melted (2 sticks)
- 1 cup Semisweet Chocolate Chips or milk chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of a 9x13 pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- In the bowl of your mixer, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, melted butter, and chocolate chips. Blend on low speed until a thick batter forms. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until bars are puffy and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
