Ingredients
  

  • 12 Wonton Wrappers Cut into quarters
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Cooking Spray Or melted butter
  • 2 Apple Diced
  • 1 cup Diced Strawberries
  • 1 Lime Juiced
  • 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the wonton wrappers on it. Spray the tops of the wonton wrappers with spray oil.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it over top of the wonton wrappers.
  • Alternatively, you can brush both sides of the wonton wrappers with melted butter and then sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake for 9-10 minutes until they are browned and crispy. Let cool completely, they will crisp up a bit more as they cool.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the apples, strawberries, lime juice, red onion and cilantro until combined.
  • Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Serve with the cinnamon wonton chips.
