Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Wonton Chips will perk up your kids lunchbox in a totally healthy way. They'll devour this!

- 12 Wonton Wrappers Cut into quarters
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
- Cooking Spray Or melted butter
- 2 Apple Diced
- 1 cup Diced Strawberries
- 1 Lime Juiced
- 1/4 cup Finely Chopped Red Onion
- 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro Chopped
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and spread the wonton wrappers on it. Spray the tops of the wonton wrappers with spray oil.
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it over top of the wonton wrappers.
Alternatively, you can brush both sides of the wonton wrappers with melted butter and then sprinkle them with cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 9-10 minutes until they are browned and crispy. Let cool completely, they will crisp up a bit more as they cool.
In a medium bowl, stir together the apples, strawberries, lime juice, red onion and cilantro until combined.
Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve with the cinnamon wonton chips.
