- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 12 ounces Peanut Butter Chips
- 1 14 ounce can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Package of Peanut Butter Cookies Coarsely chopped and divided (16 ounces, like nutter butters)

Lightly grease a 9x13 pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large saucepan over low-medium heat, combine the butter, peanut butter chips, and sweetened condensed milk.
Cook and stir until the peanut butter chips are thoroughly melted and mixture is smooth, 3-5 minutes.
Remove from heat and carefully pour the mixture into a large heatproof bowl.
Quickly stir in the chopped cookies, reserving 1/2 cup for topping.
Working even more quickly, fold in the marshmallows, and immediately transfer to prepared pan.
Spread into prepared pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Enjoy!
