Ingredients
  

  • 1 16 ounce box Lasagna Noodles
  • 1 1/2 pounds Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Yellow Onion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 cans Tomato Soup
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 cups Small Curd Cottage Cheese
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil and add the noodles. Cook according to the directions on the pack.
  • Drain the noodles and arrange them lengthwise in a greased casserole, so that the bottom is completely covered.
  • While the noodles are cooking, start browning the beef in a large frying pan over a medium heat. As the meat cooks, add the onion, garlic and oregano.
  • When the meat is thoroughly browned, drain off the fat.
  • Next, pour in the soup and apple cider vinegar, then simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Whilst the mixture is simmering, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spread a layer of the cottage cheese over the noodles in the dish, then add a layer of the meat mixture.
  • Cover with mozzarella cheese, then repeat the process until you have 3 layers. Finish off with a final layer of mozzarella and place into the oven.
  • Bake for around 30 minutes, until the mixture is bubbling. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
