Bring a large saucepan of lightly salted water to a boil and add the noodles. Cook according to the directions on the pack.
Drain the noodles and arrange them lengthwise in a greased casserole, so that the bottom is completely covered.
While the noodles are cooking, start browning the beef in a large frying pan over a medium heat. As the meat cooks, add the onion, garlic and oregano.
When the meat is thoroughly browned, drain off the fat.
Next, pour in the soup and apple cider vinegar, then simmer for 20 minutes.
Whilst the mixture is simmering, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Spread a layer of the cottage cheese over the noodles in the dish, then add a layer of the meat mixture.
Cover with mozzarella cheese, then repeat the process until you have 3 layers. Finish off with a final layer of mozzarella and place into the oven.
Bake for around 30 minutes, until the mixture is bubbling. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
