Easy Cranberry Jalapeño Dip Recipe

This easy, crowd pleasing La Terra Fina cranberry jalapeño dip copycat recipe is made with just a few simple ingredients and makes a great party appetizer.

12 ounces Fresh Cranberries 2 jalapeños Jalapeño minced 3 Thinly Sliced Scallions 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt 2 tablespoons Orange Zest 1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice plus more as needed 2 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese softened
Use a food processor and pulse to chop the fresh cranberries. Alternately chop them with a knife, but a food processor makes quick work.
Add chopped cranberries, cilantro, scallions, jalapeño peppers, orange zest, sugar and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix well to combine.
Cover the cranberry mixtureand refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove the cranberry mixture from the refrigerator and strain through a fine mesh sieve until the excess liquid has drained completely.
Reserve the excess liquid and set aside.
Add cranberry mixture to a mixing bowl with the softened cream cheese and orange juice.
Mix well to combine, adding a tablespoon or two of reserved liquid at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
