This easy, crowd pleasing La Terra Fina cranberry jalapeño dip copycat recipe is made with just a few simple ingredients and makes a great party appetizer.

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 jalapeños Jalapeño minced
  • 3 Thinly Sliced Scallions
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Zest
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Orange Juice plus more as needed
  • 2 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese softened

Instructions
 

  • Use a food processor and pulse to chop the fresh cranberries. Alternately chop them with a knife, but a food processor makes quick work.
  • Add chopped cranberries, cilantro, scallions, jalapeño peppers, orange zest, sugar and salt to a mixing bowl. Mix well to combine.
  • Cover the cranberry mixtureand refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Remove the cranberry mixture from the refrigerator and strain through a fine mesh sieve until the excess liquid has drained completely.
  • Reserve the excess liquid and set aside.
  • Add cranberry mixture to a mixing bowl with the softened cream cheese and orange juice.
  • Mix well to combine, adding a tablespoon or two of reserved liquid at a time until the desired consistency is achieved.
