2 sticks Unsalted Butter plus more for greasing the foil 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt 4 ounces Semi-Sweet Chocolate chopped 2 cups Granulated Sugar 4 large Egg lightly beaten
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Take a 9" x 13" baking pan and line it with foil, allowing 2" to hang over at least 2 of the sides.
Grease the foil with butter.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder and salt.
Place a saucepan over a medium heat and put in the butter and chocolate. Stir frequently until melted.
Allow to cool slightly, then stir in the sugar and eggs.
Add the flour mixture and stir well until combined.
Pour the batter into the baking pan and place into the oven.
Bake for around 30 to 35 minutes. When the brownies are ready, a toothpick inserted into the center should come out with just a few crumbs.
Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan, set on a cooling rack.
When cool, lift the brownies from the pan, using the foil overhang to help you.
Cut into 16 squares.
The brownies can be kept for up to 3 days in an airtight container at room temperature.
