Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Whole Milk Cream is even better
  • 1/4 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3/4 cup Ground Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter. While it melts, grate in the garlic clove with a microplane grater.
  • Saute the garlic until it’s fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Whisk in the flour, and cook until it’s absorbed, about 30 seconds.
  • Stir in the milk, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer to thicken, about 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, slowly stir in the cheese a little at a time.
  • Use immediately, or cover and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
