Ingredients
  

  • 1 20 ounce package Tortellini Pasta Or ravioli if you prefer
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 8 ounce jar Sun-Dried Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook pasta according to the package directions
  • In a large skillet heat butter until melted, over medium high heat. Add garlic, and sauté for 2 minutes until soft, but not burnt. Stir in flour, and cook for 2-3 minutes; stirring frequently.
  • Whisk in milk and cream. Add sun-dried tomatoes.
  • Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.
  • Season with salt and pepper and stir in parmesan cheese.
  • Add cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
  • Stir in fresh basil to serve.
